Mormon Messages

It is not enough just to believe in Christ; for it to be faith action is required. Let us all turn our belief into faith by following the gospel of Jesus Christ: faith, repentance, baptism, and enduring to the end. We can only experience the fulness of Christ's Atonement and gift by following the path He laid out for us.

This is my favorite miracle Christ performed. To me it shows us His mission; to take the unclean and make them something incredible. We are that water-if we let Him He can make us so much more.

"Therefore I command you to repent—repent, lest I smite you by the rod of my mouth, and by my wrath, and by my anger, and your sufferings be sore—how sore you know not, how exquisite you know not, yea, how hard to bear you know not. For behold, I, God, have suffered these things for all, that they might not suffer if they would repent; But if they would not repent they must suffer even as I" (Doctrine and Covenants 19:15-17) We know not what it felt like to suffer for us, and if we rely on His grace and Atonement in Faith, we will never have to...

Let us save our best selves for our family and not for anyone else
When we look through "dirty windows" in our lives, we miss great opportunities to love, serve, and meet wonderful people. When we learn to "judge not" we open our lives to millions of new and amazing opportunities.
The Gospel is here to lift us and help us find our potential no matter where we come from or who we are!

As Elder Bednar says, "Most frequently, revelation comes in small increments over time and is granted according to our desire, worthiness, and preparation. Such communications from Heavenly Father gradually and gently “distil upon [our souls] as the dews from heaven” Let us not wait on the Road for Damascus and find ways to build our faith "line upon line, precept upon precept" for that is the only way a testimony can be built.
The Book of Mormon answers our questions of the soul... No matter what they are if we read in faith with our questions in mind, we will not only recieve and answer, we will recieve a testimony; line upon line, precept upon precept.
God loves us-and because of Him, in the end, everything is going to be ok...
This video is such a good reminder that the Spirit often works in small ways. We do not always have to wait for huge miracles or impressions to know this is God's path for us. If we do so we are in a sense asking God to spiritually smack us everytime he has a path laid out for us. As we learn more of how the spirit works we can recognize that it is with us every moment of every day and that the daily small impressions in fact are God's way of directing and guiding us to Him.

I love this message because to me it speaks of God's love for us and the importance of understanding who we are-children of God with divine attributes, skills, and talents from Him we can all use to bless the lives of those around us... May we all search for this knowledge and love our heritage as Deon does-it will bless our lives forever!
I want to be more like Mary and say when the Lord asks things of me "Behold, the handmaiden of the Lord". May we all seek to trust God the way Mary did or as Samuel would say in response to the Lord's call-"Here am I" (1 Samuel 3:4).
Create. This is something that I love to think about. We are children of God, in His likeness, and therefore we ALL have great capacity to create and beautify the world around us. We are ALL his children, therefore we are ALL capable of great things here and in the world to come. President Urchtdorf puts into words exactly how I feel about all this. Watch! He's talking about you!
This is the lead singer of the Killers, one of my favorite bands. What I love about this video is that he "has a fire still burning". No matter where we go in life let us NEVER let that fire go out.
